King's Table Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the King's Table mobile app and its service ("King's Table", "we", "us") collect, why, and the choices you have. King's Table is operated by Mohamed Helwani.
Information we collect
We only collect what you give us in the app, or what is created when you use it:
- Account: your phone number (used to sign in) and your name.
- Profile (optional): date of birth, sex, and diet and allergy preferences you choose to save, so we can flag dishes that may not suit you.
- Delivery locations: saved addresses and their details (building, floor, apartment, directions), and a map location if you choose to pin one.
- Orders and reservations: what you order, when, where it should be delivered, notes you add, and table reservations you make.
- Reviews and rewards: ratings and reviews you write, and your loyalty points history and reward redemptions.
- Sign-in security: when you request a sign-in code we record the phone number, the time, and the IP address of the request to prevent abuse. Codes are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
The app does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, does not send push notifications, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders and to manage your reservations.
- To award and track loyalty points and rewards.
- To show restaurants your order details and reviews so they can serve you.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Restaurants you order from or book with receive the details needed to fulfil that order or reservation (your name, phone number, items, delivery address and notes).
- WhatsApp (Meta): your sign-in code is sent to your phone number as a WhatsApp message, so WhatsApp handles that number and message under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting: our servers are hosted in the European Union by Contabo GmbH, who store the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Encrypted backups are stored with Cloudflare.
- Legal reasons: if we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. Order and reservation records are kept so restaurants have an accurate history of their sales. Backups are kept for up to 14 days and are then deleted.
Your choices and deleting your account
- You can view and change your name, profile, preferences and addresses in the app at any time.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile in the app. Deletion is immediate: your name, phone number, profile, preferences, saved addresses, points and the notes and text of your orders, reviews and reservations are erased, and upcoming reservations are cancelled. Records of past orders stay with the restaurant for its accounts, with nothing that identifies you. If an order is still being prepared or delivered, you can delete your account once it is completed.
- If you can't use the app, email us at Mohamedhelwani@live.com with the phone number on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
- Copies in our backups are removed automatically within 14 days.
- You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct it, at the same address.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data is limited to the people who run the service and the restaurants that need it for your orders.
Children
King's Table is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.

سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق مائدة الملوك
توضّح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يجمعها تطبيق مائدة الملوك وخدمته («مائدة الملوك»، «نحن»)، وسبب جمعها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. يدير مائدة الملوك محمد حلواني.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما تقدّمه لنا داخل التطبيق، أو ما ينتج عن استخدامك له:
- الحساب: رقم هاتفك (لتسجيل الدخول) واسمك.
- الملف الشخصي (اختياري): تاريخ الميلاد، والجنس، وتفضيلات النظام الغذائي والحساسية التي تختار حفظها، لننبّهك إلى الأطباق التي قد لا تناسبك.
- مواقع التوصيل: العناوين المحفوظة وتفاصيلها (المبنى، الطابق، الشقة، الإرشادات)، وموقعك على الخريطة إن اخترت تحديده.
- الطلبات والحجوزات: ما تطلبه، ووقته، ومكان توصيله، والملاحظات التي تضيفها، وحجوزات الطاولات.
- التقييمات والمكافآت: التقييمات والمراجعات التي تكتبها، وسجل نقاط الولاء واستبدال المكافآت.
- أمان تسجيل الدخول: عند طلب رمز الدخول نسجّل رقم الهاتف والوقت وعنوان IP للطلب لمنع إساءة الاستخدام. تُخزَّن الرموز بصيغة مشفّرة (hash) فقط.
لا يستخدم التطبيق أي أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تتبّع، ولا يرسل إشعارات فورية، ولا يتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتسجيل دخولك والحفاظ على أمان حسابك.
- لاستلام طلباتك وتحضيرها وتوصيلها، وإدارة حجوزاتك.
- لمنح نقاط الولاء والمكافآت وتتبّعها.
- لعرض تفاصيل طلبك وتقييماتك على المطاعم لتتمكّن من خدمتك.
لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
مع من نشاركها
- المطاعم التي تطلب منها أو تحجز لديها، وتتلقى ما يلزم لتنفيذ الطلب أو الحجز (اسمك، رقم هاتفك، الأصناف، عنوان التوصيل والملاحظات).
- واتساب (Meta): يُرسَل رمز الدخول إلى رقمك كرسالة واتساب، لذا يتعامل واتساب مع الرقم والرسالة وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
- الاستضافة: خوادمنا مستضافة في الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى شركة Contabo GmbH التي تخزّن البيانات نيابةً عنا ولا يحق لها استخدامها لأغراضها الخاصة. تُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة لدى Cloudflare.
- لأسباب قانونية: إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بمعلومات حسابك طالما بقي الحساب موجوداً. تُحفظ سجلات الطلبات والحجوزات لتملك المطاعم سجلاً دقيقاً لمبيعاتها. تُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية لمدة أقصاها 14 يوماً ثم تُحذف.
خياراتك وحذف حسابك
- يمكنك عرض اسمك وملفك الشخصي وتفضيلاتك وعناوينك وتعديلها في التطبيق في أي وقت.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي داخل التطبيق. يتم الحذف فوراً: يُمحى اسمك ورقم هاتفك وملفك الشخصي وتفضيلاتك وعناوينك المحفوظة ونقاطك، وكذلك الملاحظات ونصوص طلباتك وتقييماتك وحجوزاتك، وتُلغى الحجوزات القادمة. تبقى سجلات الطلبات السابقة لدى المطعم لحساباته دون أي شيء يدلّ عليك. إذا كان لديك طلب قيد التحضير أو التوصيل، يمكنك حذف حسابك بعد اكتماله.
- إذا تعذّر عليك استخدام التطبيق، راسلنا على Mohamedhelwani@live.com مع رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب وسنحذفه خلال 30 يوماً.
- تُزال النسخ الموجودة في النسخ الاحتياطية تلقائياً خلال 14 يوماً.
- يمكنك أيضاً طلب نسخة من معلوماتك أو تصحيحها عبر العنوان نفسه.
الأمان
جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة (HTTPS). يقتصر الوصول إلى البيانات على القائمين على الخدمة والمطاعم التي تحتاجها لتنفيذ طلباتك.
الأطفال
مائدة الملوك غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلاً قدّم لنا معلومات، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى هذه الصفحة، وسنعلن عن التغييرات المهمة داخل التطبيق.
